DAgency Demo Kit
Practical agency guide

An interactive demo template your client can keep.

Use this storyboard to turn approved screenshots into a short, self-contained walkthrough. The goal is a focused client deliverable—not a recording, a live application clone, or a substitute for product access.

Five-step storyboard

Start with the buyer’s question, then show one clear path.

  1. Name the outcome.
Write the one question this walkthrough should answer, such as “How does a new client approve a project?”
  2. Choose the starting screen.
Use a screenshot that gives the viewer enough context to understand where they are.
  3. Show the important action.
Highlight one control or region. Explain why it matters instead of describing every field.
  4. Confirm what changed.
Use the next screenshot to show the result, status, or handoff created by the action.
  5. End with a relevant next step.
Invite the viewer to continue only when it fits the client’s intended journey.

Keep the scope honest.

Good fit

Onboarding previews, feature walkthroughs, project handoffs, proposal companions, support explanations, and simple sales enablement.

Not a live sandbox

A screenshot walkthrough does not execute real application actions, authenticate users, capture analytics, or stay synchronized with the client’s product.

Use approved assets

Import screenshots you own or have permission to use. Remove credentials, customer information, and confidential content before export.

Plan for updates

When the interface changes, reopen the saved project JSON, replace affected screenshots, review the copy, and export a fresh HTML file.

Client handoff checklist

Use the free printable worksheet to map five steps and review the handoff. It requires no signup.

Generate a copy-ready client brief from six practical project inputs. Answers stay in the browser.

Run your project numbers with the free agency pricing calculator before you quote the work.

Review the self-hosting guide before promising a downloadable client handoff.

Downloadable source kit

Build the walkthrough offline and hand off one HTML file.

The $149 Agency Interactive Demo Kit includes the browser-based builder, editable source, three synthetic templates, storyboard, QA, client quote and handoff guides, and an MIT commercial-use license.
